To begin, not all newborn photographers will do sessions with twins or multiples. At Fairies and Frogs Photography, I have over 17 years of experience, so working with multiples is fun for me. I am not intimidated by the prospect of having two or more babies that I am trying to get sweet photos of. To not do them together would be a travesty because you would miss out on capturing their precious interactions and getting to see them side by side.

Photographing twins or multiples just takes more planning on the part of the photographer, and that is my passion so I am happy to do it! I have special outfits and props especially for twins that will make your photos so incredibly sweet that your heart will skip a beat!

A concern you may have as a parent is having someone working with your multiples if they are extra small. Since most multiples are premature, they are generally smaller and can seem more delicate. This doesn’t scare me off. In fact, my smallest newborn session was with a four pound newborn. During my long career in newborn and maternity photography, I have seen it all so I am prepared to deal with any setbacks and challenges of photographing multiples.
