Our sessions are intentionally unhurried. A space where your baby sets the rhythm. With over twenty-five years of experience working with newborns, Anne’s gentle touch and careful artistry allow you to simply exhale and watch your baby’s story unfold. The Newborn Retreat Experience

A Peaceful Stay + Newborn Session All in One Serence Place

For families traveling from outside the area or for anyone who wants to slow down and truly savor these first days. The Newborn Retreat Experience offers something extraordinary.

Stay right on the property in our peaceful, highly rated guest cottage and enjoy your newborn session with Fairies and Frogs Photography just steps away. No rushing. No long drive after your session. Just quiet, calm, moments together as a family.

Your stay includes:

  • A 1 or 2 night stay in our private on-site guest cottage (a beautifully appointed Airbnb space reserved exclusively for Fairies and Frogs clients)

  • Your chosen newborn session – Luxe or Dolce

  • Priority scheduling for a relaxed, stress-free session

  • A fresh flower welcome. A vase of seasonal blooms awaiting you upon arrival.
  • Optional retreat meal add-ons: ready-to-heat comfort dinners and breakfast items placed in your guest cottage before arrival.

It’s the perfect way to rest, reset, and celebrate your baby’s arrival, all in one serene, thoughtfully curated space.

Retreat Add-On Options:

  • 1 night stay: +$450
  • 2 night stay: +$650

The Experience & Booking

Our Composite Art Creations are hand crafted works of art. Each one a creation designed from layered imagery, textures, lighting and painterly detail. Four Composite Art Creations are included in the Luxe Newborn Session, two are included in the Dolce and are available for those who wish to add something truly magical to their session.

A $100 retainer officially reserves your session date and is applied toward your total. Our calendar is extremely flexible to allow for date changes depending on baby’s arrival. The remaining balance is due at your session, or you may choose one of our flexible payment plan options for convenience.

You’re more than welcome to take photos and videos with your phone throughout your session. I truly encourage it! I love when parents are part of the creative process, capturing behind-the-scenes memories of this special day. I’ll even show you the best angles so you can get beautiful shots of your own while I create your fine-art images. 

Our newborn families receive exclusive access to maternity, first birthday, milestone and imagination sessions with special client only pricing. A thank you for trusting Fairies and Frogs with your baby’s first portraits.

The gallery turnaround starts the day after the balance for the session has been paid. The first day is the day after the session has been paid in full and/or the day after the session if the session and the payment for the session balance occur on the same date.

SATURDAY FEE: $150 Additional Fee For Saturday Sessions. We are closed on Sundays and all Holidays.

We have a THANK YOU Bonus for returning clients, military and first responders of 2 additional images added to your gallery.

50% deposit is due to reserve a spot on our schedule. The balance is due anytime before or on the date of session. We also have a very flexible payment plan option that has 4, 5 and 6 payments instead of 2.

All deposits are 100% refundable, for any reason, as long as we are notified at least 48 before your session of cancellation.
