Oh my dear goodness, this session you guys. I am so excited to share this 6-month sitter session with you all. This family has such a dear place in my heart. They are members of my Baby’s First Year Plan, so I get to see them every three months. As a Seattle Sitter Session Photographer it’s always a joy to have them in the studio. Seeing as they always bring such light and happiness wherever they go.
The love that this family has for their little one is always impossible to miss at every one of our sessions together. A deep bond and strong adoration flows both ways from parents and baby alike. Capturing moments and memories for them to share with their families and friends is an immense honor. Speaking of honors, we were graced by his grandma’s presence at our most recent session, and boy, do I now understand where these two learned to love so deeply! We all had so much fun together.
Duckies, Baseball, and Denim
Mama did have one specific request – that we capture a Mariner’s baseball themed image and then some simple ones of this little guy in a denim diaper to show off his little baby-belly. I was more than happy to oblige, and loved how these images turned out. We ended the session with a milk bath, and plenty of police-duckies for him to play with. Dad is a policeman, so I’m sure these images in particular hold special meaning to him! Between splashing around and chewing on ducks, he gave me the happiest little grin. It was hard to get him to put the duckies down, but once he did, all I needed was a split second to get the perfect picture. And I totally did ;)
