As an Olympia newborn photographer, I specialize in creating timeless, softly styled portraits that capture the beauty of your baby’s earliest days.
I grew up an Army brat, living all over the world—Germany, Turkey, Italy, California, Alabama—and learning early how to find beauty everywhere. I later graduated from Mililani High School in Hawaii and the University of Washington in Seattle, two places that shaped my love of warmth, storytelling, and connection.
Why I Became an Olympia Newborn Photographer
When I became a mom, I picked up a camera to capture every fleeting moment of my own children—and Fairies & Frogs Photography was born.
For over 25 years, I’ve created fine art newborn portraits for families throughout Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Tacoma, and the greater Seattle area, including both local and celebrity families who value timeless, heartfelt imagery.
Life has also given me a deeper appreciation for just how fleeting these moments are. After surviving a near-fatal car accident and walking through a journey with stage 4 cancer, I came to understand how quickly everything can change.
That perspective is at the heart of my work. The tiny details, the quiet moments, the connection between you and your baby—these are the memories that deserve to be preserved with intention and care.

Outside of being an Olympia newborn photographer, I’m all about cozy moments and laughter—pumpkin everything, beach days, BBQs with my family, conversations around the fire, laughing until I cry, and a good pair of fuzzy socks.
My work has been featured on television, in local magazines, and displayed in midwifery and pediatric offices throughout the region—an honor that allows me to stay deeply connected to the families I love to serve.
