Olympia Maternity Photographer | Gorgeous Glowing Mama
Oh my goodness! I cannot explain how glad I am to have been able to do this session. The afternoon spent in the company of these two will forever have a special place in my heart. This mamma had contacted me last minute with a very little window of time to get her maternity session completed. Fortunately, I was able to fit her in within two days before her husband was deployed. She also needed her session completed before leaving to live with her family on the East Coast while her husband was gone, so needless to say, time wasn’t on our side. I’m super happy to say though, we made it work, and boy did it turn out wonderfully! She told me how she had prayed so hard for my availability to do a maternity session for her before her husband’s deployment, so of course, I did everything in my power to make time for this loving and deserving family as their Olympia Maternity Photographer.
The shoot was so incredibly wonderful; Grandma was there as well, and we all had so much fun together. It felt more like a party than a session! I could definitely feel this family’s excitement and anxious anticipation for their new baby. I really wanted to be sure to capture every bit of their emotions throughout this collection. Just look how gorgeous they are!! That’s going to be one beautiful baby!
I’m proud to supply professional hair and makeup, and an in-studio wardrobe for my clients, and this little mamma chose a stunningly bold purple mermaid dress. It’s easy to see why her favorite color is purple! She looked absolutely stunning! The tight bodice complimented her figure so well, and she loved the poofiness of the bottom! Isn’t she just glowing?! The draping lace dress was another of her favorite dresses! It photographed so well, showing off her cute baby bump.
At the end of the session, I received the greatest compliment a photographer can receive! This mommy-to-be’s husband told her that I was now the only photographer he wanted to work with from now on! Knowing that he’s not a fan of photographers, this brought such happiness to my heart and a smile to my face.
I’m so sad that I won’t be able to do this family’s newborn session since they’ll both be too far from me at the time the baby comes, but being able to do this session for them was such a blessing. I myself, am part of a huge military family, so this session is one that will forever have a place in my heart.
I loved spending the afternoon with this glowing mommy-to-be. Make sure to check out more sweet maternity sessions from Fairies and Frogs.
