This sweet baby was such a treat to work with! Just look at her angelic little lips and her beyond adorable teeny tiny chin dimple! Oh and let’s not forget her squishy back rolls, can you count each one? I knew the minute we started her newborn photography session that we were going to get some super cute pictures and I just couldn’t wait to show her mama and daddy the finished images! There are many times that as soon as I am finished with a session that I am so excited to start editing all the images and get all that newborn cuteness out of my camera and into the hearts of the new parents and their families.
Before Baby H’s session her mama and I talked about what she would like her newborn photography session to be. She told me that she wanted some pictures with a ring of flowers around the baby, and some with the baby sleeping on the beautiful sea foam chair and then some pictures of all the “bits and pieces” of her new baby: her cute ears, her cherubic lips, her eyelashes, her chubby cheeks, her wrinkly feet and the little hand whose fingers never seem to want to uncurl. Before each session I always check ahead of time to see if the parents have any specific poses or props that they would like to do or use during their baby’s session. This way there is a plan for each session and the session time can be used to it’s fullest potential and my client’s get the pictures of their baby that they have been waiting for and dreaming of!
